• Account: your GitHub username, public profile, and email when you sign in via GitHub OAuth.
• Repository/org metadata: only what’s needed to perform actions you request via the installed GitHub App, limited to the permissions you grant.
• Usage basics: high‑level product analytics (e.g., feature usage, performance). We do not sell your data or use it for third‑party ads.
• Support: messages you send us (support emails, feedback, bug reports).

Cookies and analytics

• We use minimal, security‑scoped cookies for preferences and session needs. Details: see /docs/preferences-and-cookies.

How we use data

• Provide and secure the Service (authentication, permissions, requested operations).
• Improve reliability and performance, and fix issues.
• Communicate about the Service (updates, security, billing, support).
• Comply with law and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the Service:

• Service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, error reporting) under contractual safeguards.
• Legal/safety when required by law or to prevent harm.
• Business transfers (e.g., merger or acquisition). We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

We may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it unless the law requires longer retention.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure. Contact us if you suspect an issue.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, or object to certain processing, where applicable. Most repository/account data is managed in GitHub; uninstalling the GitHub App removes our ongoing access. For requests: legal@a5c.ai.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or as defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect such data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in‑product and/or by email. The latest version is always available at /privacy.
